Why This Moment

AI capabilities just crossed a threshold

The tools are no longer "impressive demos." They are deployable infrastructure. Here's where we are right now:

🤝
Fine Motor
Human-level
AI can now operate computers, fill forms, navigate UIs — autonomously.
🧮
Math & Reasoning
PhD-level
Solving advanced math problems. Reasoning chains that rival specialists.
Hallucination
Near-eliminated
With the right architecture, agents verify their own work. Trust is buildable.
💸
Cost per Task
Down 95%
Tasks that cost $50 in 2023 cost $0.25 today. ROI is now undeniable.
🧠
Intelligence
Compounding
Models improve faster every 6 months. The gap between users and directors grows.

What's Coming in the Next 18 Months

The competitive moat is being built right now, by people who learn to direct agents — not just use them.

  • Fully autonomous agents running entire business functions without human prompting
  • Multi-agent teams that coordinate, delegate, and self-correct in real time
  • Personal AI employees that know your processes better than any new hire
  • AI with persistent memory, institutional knowledge, and context across all systems

PureBrain vs Everyone Else

What this workshop teaches that Anthropic Academy doesn't

Workshop Curriculum

~4 hours that change how you work forever

Structured progression from mindset shift to live agent deployment. Everything is hands-on.

Part 1
The Mindset Shift — From User to Director
15 min

The most important 15 minutes. Most people use AI like a search engine. Directors use it like a team. This section rewires how you see every interaction.

  • The Junior Expert Framework — why your AI knows more facts but needs your judgment
  • The Ping Pong Rule — back-and-forth iteration beats one-shot prompting every time
  • Why "asking nicely" is not a strategy — what direction actually looks like
  • The difference between a tool user and a system architect
Live Module
Part 2
The Thinking Partner Protocol
30 min

The structured method for collaborating with AI on problems that require your expertise. Not "write this for me" — "think through this WITH me."

  • Context loading — giving your AI the right domain knowledge before asking
  • Constraint setting — how boundaries actually improve AI output quality
  • The review loop — iterating on AI output like a managing director
  • Live exercise: solve a real business problem using the protocol
Live Module
Module A
MCP — Connecting Your AICIV to the World
30–45 min

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the backbone of any serious AI deployment. This module teaches you how to wire your AI into your actual business systems.

  • What MCP is and why it matters more than most AI courses teach
  • Connecting your AI to Slack, email, calendar, CRM, and your own files
  • Building context bridges — so your AI knows what's happening in your world
  • Live demo: AI agent that reads your calendar and drafts your week
Live Module
Module B
Tool Use & Agent Autonomy
20–30 min

The difference between an AI that answers questions and an AI that takes action. We build agents that actually do things.

  • Tool use fundamentals — how agents pick tools and chain actions
  • Supervised vs unsupervised autonomy — where each is appropriate
  • Setting guardrails that let agents move fast without breaking things
  • Exercise: build a 3-step autonomous workflow from your own business process
Live Module
Part 3
Process Extraction — Brain Dump to Deployable Agent
45 min

The most valuable skill in this entire workshop. You will extract a process from your own head, turn it into an SOP, and wire it into an agent — live, today.

  • The Brain Dump method — getting tacit knowledge out of your head and into text
  • SOP conversion — structuring raw process notes into agent-readable instructions
  • AICIV Constitutional Docs — how governance and memory make agents reliable
  • Testing and iteration — how to know if your agent actually got it right
  • Live exercise: each participant extracts one real process, leaves with a working agent
Core Exercise
Module C
Agent Skills — Reusable Intelligence
15–20 min

Skills are how you make your agents smarter without retraining. Package your best prompts and processes into modular skills your whole team can deploy.

  • What skills are — and why they're your competitive IP, not just prompt templates
  • Skill architecture — how skills auto-load at the right moment
  • Building your first skill library: sales, ops, research, comms
  • Skills as institutional knowledge — what happens when you leave vs when you have this
Live Module
Module D
Evaluating Your Agents — Know What's Working
15–20 min

Most AI deployments fail because nobody measures them. We build evals — so you always know if your agent is performing, degrading, or drifting.

  • What evals are and why they're the difference between a toy and a system
  • Writing simple evals for your specific use case (no coding required for most)
  • The quality gate — how to prevent bad agent output from reaching customers
  • Monitoring patterns: when to check in vs when to trust
Live Module
Part 4
Deployment & Trust Building
20 min

Getting your team to trust AI is as important as building it. This section covers the rollout strategy that makes adoption stick — and builds confidence over time.

  • The 3-phase trust ladder — observe, assist, delegate
  • How to socialize AI agents with skeptical teammates
  • Rollout patterns: parallel runs, review loops, confidence thresholds
  • Your 30-day deployment plan — leaving today with a real next step
Live Module
Module E
API Foundations (Advanced Track)
Optional Add-On

For participants who want to go deeper — how to wire AI directly into your own software, databases, or custom applications using the Claude API.

  • REST API basics — making your first direct API call
  • System prompts vs user prompts vs tool results — the full context structure
  • Streaming responses, token management, and cost controls
  • When to use API vs UI tools — and how to mix both in production
Advanced Track Optional
Part 5
Wrap Up — Your AI Director Roadmap
10 min

Leave with a clear, personal roadmap — not a vague "use more AI" commitment. Specific agents to build, skills to develop, and processes to extract this week.

  • Your personal Director Assessment — where you are vs where you need to be
  • The 5 highest-ROI processes to automate first in your business
  • PureBrain resources for continued growth after the workshop
  • Q&A and open workshop time
Live Module

5 Power Prompts

Leave with prompts that actually work

You will leave the workshop with these fully customized for your business — not generic templates, but prompts tuned to your context, your team, your voice.

Power Prompt 01
The Process Extractor
Pulls structured SOPs out of your head using guided conversation. Turns tacit knowledge into repeatable agent instructions.
"I'm going to describe how I [process]. Ask me clarifying questions until you can write a complete step-by-step SOP I could give to a new employee or an AI agent..."
Power Prompt 02
The Junior Expert Brief
Gives your AI the right context to act as a knowledgeable specialist in your domain — not a generic assistant, but someone who knows your industry.
"You are a senior [role] at [company type]. You know [domain] deeply. You default to [communication style]. Your job is to help me with [task]..."
Power Prompt 03
The Ping Pong Loop
Structures iterative collaboration so each round gets better. Replaces the frustrating "this isn't what I wanted" cycle with a clear improvement path.
"Give me your best attempt, then tell me the 3 assumptions you made. I'll correct any that are wrong, then you revise..."
Power Prompt 04
The Trust Gate
Before deploying any agent action, this prompt structure makes the AI show its work, flag uncertainty, and request confirmation on high-stakes steps.
"Before taking any action, state: what you're about to do, why, what could go wrong, and whether you need my confirmation..."
Power Prompt 05
The Delegation Brief
The structure for assigning multi-step tasks to an agent team. Clear scope, success criteria, constraints, and escalation rules — in one prompt.
"Task: [what]. Success looks like: [criteria]. Constraints: [limits]. Escalate to me if: [triggers]. Deliver: [output format]..."

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need to be technical to attend? +
No. This workshop is designed for business owners, operators, and leaders — not engineers. If you can use a computer and have a business process to extract, you're qualified. The API Foundations module (Module E) is optional for those who want to go deeper technically.
What AI tools do I need to have before the workshop? +
We recommend having a Claude Pro or Claude Team account ($20–$25/month). We'll use Claude throughout the workshop. You can sign up at claude.ai before attending. If you already use ChatGPT or another AI, the principles apply — but our exercises are optimized for Claude.
Is this a recorded course or a live workshop? +
It's live — with a recording provided afterward. The live format matters because Process Extraction requires real-time feedback and iteration. You can't fully extract a process alone; you need a facilitator pushing back and refining with you. The recording is included so you can revisit the material.
What's the difference between this and the Brainiac Mastermind Training? +
Brainiac Mastermind Training is the ongoing members' library — modules, case studies, and advanced techniques for active PureBrain members. This workshop is a standalone intensive — one session, focused on getting you from zero to one working deployment in a single day. The workshop is also available to non-members.
Can I apply the workshop cost toward a PureBrain membership? +
Yes. If you join PureBrain within 30 days of attending the workshop, your $200 individual fee or a proportional credit from the team fee will be applied toward your first month. Email [email protected] after attending to claim this.
What if I've already been using AI for a while? +
Good — you'll get more out of it. Experienced AI users consistently tell us the process extraction and agent deployment sections unlock things they couldn't figure out on their own. The gap between "uses AI a lot" and "runs AI systems" is bigger than most people expect. This workshop closes that gap.
