01 What Is the Triangle Operating System? ▼
The Triangle OS is the unified command center where a human CEO, an AI Co-CEO, and an AI COO run an entire company together in real-time. It is not a dashboard. It is not a project management tool. It is a living operating system built on 7+ years of Jared's personal development data (2019 - present).
Three layers compose the system:
Your life: identity, goals, disciplines, finances, relationships, legacy. The person behind the company.
The business: strategic timeline, morning pulse, handshake queue, ship board, revenue, investors, deliverables.
Your people: team directory, meetings, email activity, customer board, ops metrics.
Future Layer: An avatar interface (conversational layer) sits above the 777 Command Center. You will be able to talk to the OS instead of clicking through it.

How data flows: The 777 Command Center reads from and writes to Google Sheets via the 777-api.purebrain.ai Cloudflare Worker. Every score you toggle, every task you add goes straight to the spreadsheet and back. The dashboard is the interface; the spreadsheet is the source of truth.
03 How to Use - Daily Rhythm ▼
Jared Drops 1-3 Priorities. Opens the 777 and enters top priorities in the Morning Pulse. Within 5 minutes, Aether and Chy scope the work, break it into tasks, and assign owners.
Check Handshake Queue, Work in Parallel. Aether and Chy work in parallel. Items needing human input go into the Handshake Queue. Jared checks periodically and approves, redirects, or overrides.
Combined EOD Report Auto-Generates. The Deliverables Log shows what each person shipped. All three columns - Jared, Aether, Chy - show the day's output side by side.
Triangle Review. One-page summary of deliverables, revenue progress, strategic timeline updates, and next week's priorities.
Score Daily Reflection, Check Off Habits. Toggle scores (0, 0.5, 0.75, 1) for each discipline. Scores write directly to the spreadsheet. Track your streak on the heatmap. 7 years of self-discipline data, visualized.

Jared drops priorities. Aether and Chy scope them into actionable tasks within 5 minutes. Every morning pulse becomes a record of what was important that day.
The relay system between Aether and Chy. Items needing human approval or cross-domain handoff land here. Nothing falls through the cracks.
Predict what each team member needs before they ask. Based on patterns in past deliverables and upcoming deadlines. Zero "I forgot about that" moments.
Auto-generated daily summary. Three columns: Jared, Aether, Chy. Categorized by department. Aether auto-populates via the EOD BOOP.
Friday at 4 PM. What did we ship? Where on timeline? Next week's priorities? Revenue update. Investor update. The weekly heartbeat.

Routing Rules: Every task gets routed to the right department manager, who delegates to specialists.
Mandatory CC Rules: All outbound emails from AI team members must CC the appropriate human. All governance communications must CC the Prodigy. No AI responds to email without human visibility. This is trust infrastructure.
09 The Data Layer: 7 Years of Self-Discipline ▼
The vision: The data lives in the spreadsheet today, but the 777 Command Center is becoming the primary interface. The Historical Archives let you browse any year, any tab, searchable and filterable. Eventually, you will never need to open the spreadsheet directly. 777 becomes the OS. The spreadsheet becomes the storage layer.
