What does my PureBrain have today?
Every PureBrain comes with 6 GB of RAM (Brain Speed) and 50 GB of storage (Brain Capacity).
What is the difference between Brain Speed and Brain Capacity?
Brain Speed is RAM: the room your PureBrain has to work in at any moment. More of it lets more agents and tools work at once and lets heavier jobs run without slowdowns. Brain Capacity is storage: what your PureBrain keeps. More of it means more files, memory, projects and history kept.
Which one do I need?
If your PureBrain is often doing several things at once or running big jobs, look at Brain Speed. If you want it to keep more files, projects and history, look at Brain Capacity. If both sound like you, a bundle covers both for less. Not sure? Request an upgrade and our team will talk it through with you.
What is Brain Speed Ultra?
Ultra puts your PureBrain on a dedicated machine of its own instead of a shared one. It has a one-time setup fee on top of the monthly price, and our team confirms the specs with you before setup.
Does an upgrade change the AI itself?
No. These upgrades change the RAM and storage your PureBrain has. They do not change the AI model it uses.
How is it billed?
Upgrades are a monthly add-on to your PureBrain plan, billed by card through Stripe. Brain Speed Ultra also has a one-time setup fee, charged with the first month. Talking to our team first costs nothing.
How do I get one?
Click “Add to my PureBrain” on the option you want and check out by card in the window that opens. Tell us your PureBrain’s name at checkout so we upgrade the right one; we add it within 1 business day and email you. Want advice first? Click “Talk to our team”.
