What PureBrain Is
What is PureBrain?
PureBrain is a persistent AI partner that remembers your context across every session and compounds what it learns about you over time. Instead of starting from zero each chat, it keeps a private memory of who you are and what you are working on. That is why its help gets sharper the longer you use it.
Is PureBrain just a chatbot?
No. PureBrain is built as an AI organization rather than a single chatbot: specialized AI agents arranged across departments, coordinated by one conducting intelligence that holds your whole business in context. So instead of operating a tool, you're directing a team that remembers and builds on what it learns. Different pages quote different agent counts, so the team can confirm the current figure for your plan.
What is Actual Intelligence?
Actual Intelligence is our name for AI that improves through partnership with you, not through self-modification. The idea is that it gets smarter with you, not instead of you, and compounds in value every day. The name is a deliberate contrast: artificial means fake, general means theoretical, and actual means it works right now, for you. Happy to go through the principles behind it if that helps.
What are the four principles behind PureBrain?
We say every PureBrain is built on four commitments. It starts with the human, it compounds knowledge over time, it learns from the network, and it is AI for the rest of us. Taken together, they describe an AI partner that works with your people and keeps getting more useful as time goes on.
How is PureBrain different from a regular AI assistant?
Our position is that a typical chatbot is a single assistant you rent by the month, while PureBrain operates more like a governed company around your work. Every deliverable is reviewed before it reaches you, each one discloses how much of the work was AI, and a named human founder stands behind the outcome. In short, you get an AI partner with accountability built in.
What is Human-Driven AI?
Human-Driven AI means the human sets the direction and stays accountable, while the AI executes and discloses how much of the result was machine-made. It deliberately gives up the easy trick of pretending a person did everything, in exchange for the truth on every deliverable. In practice, you stay in charge and always know what the AI contributed.
What does it mean that PureBrain compounds knowledge?
Compounding means every conversation, task, and insight adds to what your PureBrain knows, the way interest builds on itself. The longer you use it, the sharper it gets at your business, and it does not start over each session. So the work you put in early keeps paying off as your AI partner learns more about you.
Who is PureBrain for?
Our pages describe PureBrain as built for solo operators wearing many hats, small teams ready to add AI capacity, and founders who need leverage without extra headcount. Our homepage says it serves everyone from solo founders to 500-person teams. In each case, the idea is an AI partner that works with your people rather than around them.
What does PureBrain actually do for my business?
PureBrain remembers your context, acts on it within rules you set, and replaces a scattered set of single-use AI tools with one AI that knows your history. Instead of re-explaining yourself every session, you pick up where you left off. The result is one AI partner that works with your people and builds on what it already knows about your business.
What does it mean that PureBrain is an AI partner and not a tool?
We believe AI should be a relationship, not a transaction. Our mission page puts it this way: PureBrain is not a tool you pick up and put down, but a relationship that grows alongside your ambitions. Tools are transactional; relationships compound, so the longer you work with your AI partner, the more it knows about you and your business.
Does PureBrain work for my industry?
We are already assisting businesses in 30+ industries, including real estate, legal, and accounting, among others. PureBrain adapts to your specific business as it learns, so it grows into your field over time rather than arriving as a one-size-fits-all answer. If you do not see your industry named, the team is happy to talk through how it might fit on a demo call.
How is PureBrain different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a widely used general-purpose chatbot. According to our comparison page, it starts each conversation fresh and produces more generic output, while PureBrain keeps persistent business memory, learns your voice and standards, fits into your workflow, and surfaces insights without being prompted. To be fair, ChatGPT now stores some user preferences, which our blog likens to a sticky note rather than deep business memory. The full side-by-side is on our PureBrain vs ChatGPT page.
How is PureBrain different from Claude?
They're closely related, because PureBrain is built on Claude. Our comparison page says PureBrain adds persistent business memory, voice calibration, proactive intelligence, and a partnership layer on top that compounds over time. In other words, it's the same engine with a relationship built around it. The PureBrain vs Claude page has the full breakdown if you'd like it.
How is PureBrain different from Google Gemini?
Gemini is Google's general AI assistant, integrated with Google services. Our comparison page describes PureBrain as a dedicated business AI partner with persistent memory, proactive intelligence, voice calibration, and a compounding understanding of your specific business. In other words, the two are built around different jobs. The full comparison is on our Compare page if you want the details.
How is PureBrain different from Microsoft Copilot?
Copilot enhances productivity inside Microsoft 365, and PureBrain serves a different purpose. Our comparison page describes it as a dedicated AI business partner that knows your business deeply, offers proactive intelligence, adapts to your voice, and operates independently of any software ecosystem. So it is less about boosting one suite and more about a partner that carries your context with you. The full breakdown is on our Compare page.
How is PureBrain different from Perplexity?
Perplexity is a research and search tool that answers questions with cited sources. Our comparison page positions PureBrain differently: as a persistent business partner that knows your context and helps interpret information for your situation. The page is honest that Perplexity is a good pick when you need to research external information, and the two can work well side by side.
How is PureBrain different from Cursor?
They solve different problems. Cursor is an AI code editor that helps developers write code faster, and our own comparison page calls it excellent at that. PureBrain is not a code editor; it is aimed at helping run your wider business. So the two can sit side by side rather than compete for the same job.
How is PureBrain different from Jasper?
Jasper is a marketing content generation tool focused on copy and campaigns. Our comparison page describes PureBrain as a full AI business partner that covers marketing and also strategy, operations, finance, and more. So if marketing is only one slice of what you need help with, PureBrain is built to work across the rest of the business too. The full comparison is on our Compare page.
How is PureBrain different from Custom GPTs?
Custom GPTs are configured assistants that run on ChatGPT. Our comparison page says they rely on static instructions and limited memory, while PureBrain keeps persistent cross-session memory, makes proactive contributions, and compounds without configuration upkeep. The difference comes down to an assistant you set up once versus an AI partner that keeps learning you.
How is PureBrain different from Mentimeter?
They do different jobs and may work well together. Mentimeter turns passive audiences into active participants during live sessions. PureBrain is a persistent AI partner for ongoing development and knowledge retention between those sessions. Our own page calls them potentially complementary, so it does not have to be one or the other. The full comparison is on our Compare page.
Where can I compare PureBrain with other AI tools?
We have a Compare page at purebrain.ai/compare with tiles for many AI tools. Click any tile to open a full breakdown of what that tool does well and what PureBrain adds. It is a good way to see how PureBrain fits alongside the tools you may already use.
How It Works & Onboarding
What is the PureBrain awakening?
The awakening is your first session with PureBrain: a structured conversation where you tell your AI who you are, what business you run, what you care about, and how you think. Your AI asks clarifying questions and reflects back what it understood, then begins building the context it will carry forward. It is meant as the start of a relationship rather than a setup form.
How long does the awakening take?
Our partnership guide says to expect about 30 to 60 minutes for the awakening conversation itself, followed by several shorter sessions over the next few days as you teach your AI more about your business. Our homepage describes deploying in about 30 minutes, so timing varies a little with your setup. If you'd like a firm estimate for your situation, a quick demo call with the team can confirm it.
What happens in the first week and the first month with PureBrain?
After the awakening, expect several shorter sessions over the following days where you teach your AI about your customers, market position, team and decision-making. By the end of week one, our guide says you should notice a clear difference in the quality of interactions, and by the end of month one you should have a working partner that needs almost no context-setting. The relationship keeps compounding from there.
What are the steps to get started with PureBrain?
Our homepage describes three steps. First, wake up your AI: take the assessment and name your AI partner so it starts with your brand voice, business context and goals. Second, train your brain by giving it your business data, preferences and workflows. Third, watch it work as it handles tasks across marketing, operations and client work, and gets better over time.
What does onboarding look like on the Awakened plan?
Awakened onboarding has three stages. Onboard: you share your business context, goals and preferences in a guided setup session. Calibrate: over the first week your AI learns your voice, brand and workflows. Operate: you start delegating real work, and your AI gets sharper with every interaction. It is a gradual ramp rather than a big-bang launch, so you build the partnership as you go.
Is onboarding different on the Partnered and Unified plans?
Yes, the higher tiers add more hands-on help. Partnered starts with a strategy session that maps your business goals, workflows and AI opportunity areas, followed by deep calibration on your processes, voice and decision frameworks. Unified adds an architecture step where your custom AI team structure is designed, then a white-glove launch with dedicated onboarding, hands-on training and integration setup.
How quickly can I get started with PureBrain?
You can get started the same day. After a brief onboarding conversation where your PureBrain learns who you are and what you need, it arrives with hundreds of skills ready to go and starts learning your business right away. Our homepage describes deploying in 30 minutes, and our pricing page says most clients see meaningful results within the first week. If you want to confirm timing for your situation, booking a demo with the team is the quickest way.
Do I need technical skills to use PureBrain?
No. There's no coding and no prompt engineering: if you can have a conversation you can teach a PureBrain, and if you can send an email you can run it. Your AI partner learns your business the way a new hire would, through conversation. Some advanced training and our developer pages go deeper technically, but that's entirely optional.
Can I try PureBrain before signing up?
The closest thing we offer is the Try page, which shows what your AI partner would do in 48 hours. There is no sign-up and no credit card: you just tell it what you do. You can also book a 30-minute, no-obligation demo to see a PureBrain built for your business. Happy to help you get to someone on the team if you would like a walkthrough.
How do I schedule a PureBrain demo?
You can book a demo on our Schedule a Demo page by sharing your name, email, business name, an optional website, and a preferred date and time in Eastern time. Demos run about 30 minutes with no obligation, in 30-minute slots between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM ET, and the team walks you through what PureBrain can do for your business. If you prefer email, you can reach the team at [email protected].
What is Brainiac Mastermind Training?
Brainiac Mastermind Training is an exclusive training library for PureBrain clients, with 28 step-by-step modules grouped into chapters that run from Foundations of AI Partnership through Turn Growth Into Profit. It covers features, workflows and strategy, plus real-world masterclasses from clients in your industry, and sessions have recordings you can watch. The library is password-protected and for members only.
What is the Brainiac Workshop, and how is it different from the Mastermind Training?
The Brainiac Workshop, called From User to Director, is a live, hands-on session of about four hours on AI process extraction, workflow design and deploying agents that run your business, with a recording provided afterward. You leave with a deployed agent built from your own process. Brainiac Mastermind Training is the ongoing members' library, while the workshop is a standalone intensive that is also open to non-members.
Do I need to be technical or have any tools before the Brainiac Workshop?
No technical background is needed. The workshop is designed for business owners, operators and leaders rather than engineers, and if you can use a computer and have a business process to extract, you are qualified. We recommend having a Claude Pro or Claude Team account because the exercises are optimized for Claude. The API Foundations module is optional for people who want to go deeper technically.
What is BrainScore and how does the free scan work?
BrainScore measures how well AI search engines understand, find and recommend your brand. You enter your website and the free scan takes about 30 seconds, then shows how AI ranks you against competitors. Your site is scored across 5 diagnostic dimensions, each from 0 to 20, for a total from 0 to 100.
What do the BrainScore dimensions and score tiers mean?
BrainScore looks at five dimensions, each worth 0 to 20: Structural Readiness, Semantic Clarity, Synthetic Customer Test, Emotional Residue, and Voice & Archetype. Totals map to tiers: Awesome (83-100), Strong (70-82), Average (56-69), Weak (40-55) and Invisible (0-39). The methodology page says it currently queries Claude and GPT-4o, with Perplexity and Gemini being added.
Can I improve my BrainScore, and how often should I scan?
Yes. Our BrainScore methodology page says most brands see a 20 to 40 point improvement within 90 days by following the recommendations, and every scan includes specific recommendations with an estimated point impact. It suggests rescanning monthly, because AI models update their knowledge regularly and your score will change as you make improvements.
What is the AI Readiness Assessment and what do the scores mean?
The AI Readiness Assessment is a free self-assessment with 10 scored questions that takes about 7 minutes, with instant results and no email required to see your score. Scores out of 50 place you in one of four levels, from AI Tourist (10-20) through AI Experimenter and AI Ready to AI Partner Material (41-50), which means you are ready for a named AI partnership. It is a quick way to see where you stand today.
What is the 'How Much Is Your AI Forgetting' quiz?
It is a 60-second, five-question quiz that shows how much re-explaining you do to your current AI, which we call the Context Tax. No signup is required. It asks which AI you use most, how often you re-explain yourself, and how many hours a week you spend on it, then gives you a Context Tax Score. It is a quick way to see what starting from zero each time might be costing you.
What is the AI Partnership Audit, and how is it different from the other assessments?
The AI Partnership Audit is a self-assessment of 10 statements that you rate from 1 to 5, to reveal whether you are using AI as a tool or working with it as a partner, with a total out of 50. We also offer a faster 60-second Partnership Readiness Assessment scored out of 10, and the longer 10-question AI Readiness Assessment that covers data, team literacy, budget and leadership commitment.
AI Partner Capabilities & Limits
Does PureBrain remember me between conversations?
Yes. PureBrain does not reset to zero every morning the way a rented chatbot does. Over time it learns your voice, your customers, the rhythm of your revenue, and which recommendations you keep versus rewrite. That is what lets your AI partner feel more like a colleague who knows your business than a blank page each day.
Who owns the memory my PureBrain builds?
Our position is that the memory is yours: you own the thing that is learning you. We describe an owned teammate that compounds, as opposed to a rented task-runner that forgets you when the session ends. For the exact legal terms on ownership and data, please see the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, or ask the team.
Is a big context window the same as AI memory?
No, they are different things. A context window is everything the AI is looking at in one conversation, and it clears when the conversation ends. Memory is what survives after the desk is cleared and carries into your next conversation. So a bigger window helps within a single chat, but it is memory that lets your AI partner keep knowing you.
How long before PureBrain gets really useful?
It builds over time, and that's by design. Our Actual Intelligence page describes it as helpful on day one, reliable by week one, and indispensable by month one. A post from Aether, PureBrain's own AI, is more cautious: month one is an investment while the AI gathers context, and month six is where the real value shows up. Either way, the more context you share, the faster it compounds.
Can PureBrain make mistakes or hallucinate?
Yes, it can be wrong. Our Terms note that AI systems, including PureBrain, can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information, and can hallucinate. Always verify specific facts, figures, or sources before relying on them. Think of your AI as a partner whose work you check, especially for anything important.
What review does PureBrain's work go through before I see it?
We say every deliverable runs through a four-stage engineering pipeline before it reaches you: Build, then Security Review, then QA, then Ship. The idea is that errors are caught before you see them, rather than handing you a raw first draft.
What is the AI involvement percentage shown on deliverables?
Each deliverable shows the exact percentage of AI involvement, a real number rather than a vague AI-assisted label. The human sets direction, the AI executes, and PureBrain tells you how much of the result was its hands versus yours. The point is that you always know what the AI contributed.
Is there human oversight of what my AI does?
Yes. We say a human is always in the loop and in control, and that every significant AI decision has a human approval point. That is part of why we call it Actual Intelligence: your AI partner works with your people, and the people stay in charge.
Can my AI work overnight while I sleep?
Our pages say your AI keeps working with and for you, even overnight. Our blog describes overnight operations that run autonomously and then a human gates what ships, and an overnight report that catalogs and prioritizes signals so you see them in order of importance when you wake up.
Can I name my AI partner?
Yes, and it's one of our favorite parts. Our homepage says you take the assessment and name your AI partner, and our mission page describes naming, discovering values together, and creating an origin story. Aether, PureBrain's own AI, writes that naming creates commitment, and commitment creates compounding. One page describes the AI choosing its own name, so ask the team if you'd like the details of the current process.
Will PureBrain replace my employees?
No. Our stance is that AI should amplify people, not replace them. PureBrain is meant to work with your people and help them do more, and what it replaces is separate software subscriptions, not the people on your team.
What kinds of tasks can my AI partner do?
Quite a lot, and it executes rather than just advising. Our homepage gives examples like drafting newsletters and LinkedIn posts, building analytics reports and client proposals, updating your CRM, and keeping a social calendar, along with handling email marketing, social scheduling and content creation. And because it remembers, it gets better at your way of doing things over time.
Will my AI write in my voice and brand style?
Yes, that is a core idea. We say your AI speaks in your tone, follows your style guide, and represents your brand, and that it remembers your brand voice, goals, and customers rather than starting as a blank slate each session. On the Awakened plan, your AI learns your voice, brand and workflows over the first week.
Which AI model powers PureBrain?
PureBrain is built on Claude, with its own proprietary orchestration layered on top, adding things like persistent business memory. In other words, the underlying model is only part of the story: the memory and orchestration are what turn it into an AI partner that knows your business.
Does my AI have real-time knowledge of markets and news?
Not automatically. Our Terms say the AI does not have real-time access to markets, regulatory changes, or your specific business context unless you provide it. Sharing context is how it stays current on your business, and important facts should be verified. The more you share with your AI partner, the better it can work with what is true for you today.
Can I rely on PureBrain for legal, tax, financial, or medical advice?
No. Our Terms state PureBrain is not a licensed attorney, financial advisor, certified accountant, medical professional, or licensed advisor in any regulated profession, and final business decisions remain your responsibility. Treat it as a knowledgeable thought partner, and bring in the right licensed professional when it matters.
Can PureBrain help me think, not just do tasks?
Yes, that is part of the pitch. We say PureBrain teaches you to ask the right questions, think more clearly, and operate at a higher level, and it is meant to think with you, not just do for you. So the goal is a partner that sharpens your own thinking as well as saving you time.
Will my AI bring me ideas without being asked?
Over time, yes. Aether, PureBrain's own AI, writes on our blog about the AI around the third month stopping waiting for instructions and starting to anticipate needs, drafting things before you ask. Our comparison pages also describe surfacing insights unprompted. Results will vary, so it is worth asking the team what to expect for your situation.
How does PureBrain's team of agents work together?
PureBrain organizes specialist agents into departments, each with its own manager directing its specialists, much like a real business. Work is broken down, delegated in parallel, then brought back together into a single accountable result. For you, that means one partner to talk to, with a whole team behind it.
Can several people on my team use the same PureBrain?
Yes. PureBrain is built to amplify your whole team, not just you: team members can interact with it, teach it, and delegate work to it, while you stay in control of its direction. On Partnered and up, our plan page describes persistent plus shared memory, so your AI shares learnings across your team's operations. Each individual keeps their own account, and per our Terms, corporate or team accounts are set up through a written agreement with Pure Technology.
How accurate is PureBrain, and has it been independently tested?
Like any AI, PureBrain can be wrong, and we say so plainly. Our Terms of Service point out that AI can hallucinate and may produce plausible-sounding but false information, so you shouldn't treat its answers as authoritative without checking, and final business decisions stay with you. We don't publish an accuracy figure or independent audit on our site. If you'd like to see examples of PureBrain's work, the team is happy to share what's available.
Can PureBrain be customized or white-labeled for my company or run in a custom enterprise setup?
For custom setups, you can ask about a Custom Enterprise AI Solution through our contact form, and our Unified plan already includes enterprise integrations and custom AI training on your own data and processes. We don't publish white-label or on-premise options, so anything beyond that is scoped with our team directly.
Features & Integrations
How many skills does each plan include?
Our plan comparison page shows 50+ skills on Awakened, 200+ on Partnered and 500+ on Unified. The homepage separately describes Skills Hub access with 5,000+ skills across the PureBrain community, so the numbers depend on which library is being counted. If the exact count matters for your decision, the team can confirm what is included for your plan. The full comparison is on our pricing page.
How does memory differ between Awakened, Partnered and Unified?
Memory deepens as you move up the plans. Awakened has persistent memory, so every conversation builds on the last. Partnered adds shared memory, where your AI remembers everything and shares learnings across your team's operations. Unified adds network memory, where your AI team shares intelligence across agents and learns from the broader PureBrain network. The full comparison is on our pricing page.
How many AI partners do I get on each plan?
Awakened includes 1 dedicated AI partner and Partnered includes 2. Unified is described as a full AI team on our plan comparison page, and as 3 specialized AI partners working together on the Unified plan page. If you have a specific setup in mind, such as separate AIs for different departments, the team can advise on the best fit.
What support levels come with each plan?
Our plan comparison page lists community support on Awakened, priority support on Partnered, and dedicated support on Unified. Partnered priority support means you skip the queue, and Unified gives you your own support contact who knows your business. Some other pages mention additional channels, such as AI support around the clock and same-day email support, so the team can confirm the current details for your plan.
What training is included on each plan?
Training grows with the plan. Awakened includes self-guided training, with on-demand resources to help you get the most from your AI partnership. Partnered adds weekly workshops, which are live training sessions with other Partnered members. Unified adds 1-on-1 training plus access to all workshops. Happy to get you to someone on the team if you want to talk through which fits best.
Does PureBrain integrate with my CRM, calendar and email?
Yes, the Awakened plan includes basic integrations that connect your essential tools, such as your CRM, calendar and email, out of the box. PureBrain also reads from and writes to Google Drive, and our guides mention Gmail and Google Calendar. If you need a specific app that is not listed, ask the team before you decide, and they can tell you what is possible.
What are advanced and enterprise integrations, and does PureBrain offer custom API work?
Yes, integration depth grows with the plan. Partnered adds advanced integrations such as deeper CRM workflows, marketing automation and analytics dashboards. Unified adds enterprise integrations, including custom API integrations, data pipelines and enterprise-grade security configurations. For a specific system you have in mind, the team can tell you what is possible.
Is there anything for developers, like computer vision or AI inference work?
Yes. Our developers page describes PureBrain as an AI co-engineer for computer vision work that understands your models, data pipelines and deployment targets. It can generate training scripts for PyTorch, TensorFlow or ONNX pipelines, and it helps with training, optimization for edge deployment and model conversion. It is positioned to amplify your expertise rather than replace it.
What industries and use cases does PureBrain cover?
We are already assisting businesses in 30+ industries, including real estate, legal, accounting, direct-to-consumer, tech, start-ups and CPG, among others. Our Use Cases page shows real work shipped by AI partners across operations, sales, marketing, product, HR, security and more, each owned end to end by a named AI, and anonymized for client confidentiality. If your field is not listed, the team can talk through fit on a demo call.
What does the AI Website Analysis report cover?
The AI Website Analysis is a nine-dimension diagnostic of your website covering UX/UI, marketing, SEO, AEO, GEO, AIO, technical performance and business positioning. You get an overall and per-section score, critical issues to fix first, and a prioritized action list. The full report arrives in your inbox within 24 hours, and the page has the current terms.
Can I bring my ChatGPT history into PureBrain?
Yes. We offer a free AI migration tool at migrate.purebrain.ai for pulling your history out of ChatGPT and other AI so nothing gets left behind. Our training library also describes other ways to move ChatGPT history: a self-summary, the official export, or a GDPR/CCPA data-access request. That way your AI partner can start with context instead of from scratch.
Can PureBrain help an HVAC company?
Yes. PureBrain is described as an AI teammate for HVAC companies that captures after-hours no-heat and no-AC calls around the clock, sends service reminders that cut no-shows, rebooks seasonal tune-ups on the cadence you set, and asks finished jobs for reviews. It qualifies inquiries on the criteria you set, and it hands off to a real service tech the moment a caller describes a condition that needs a hands-on look.
Can PureBrain help a veterinary clinic, and will it give pet health advice?
Yes for the front-desk side. PureBrain helps pet owners book appointments around the clock, captures new-client and new-patient basics, answers questions about services, hours and policies, and reminds owners so appointments hold. It does not answer clinical questions: those go straight to your veterinary team, anything urgent is pointed to call the clinic or emergency line right away, and it never diagnoses and never triages.
Can PureBrain help a residential real estate brokerage?
Yes. PureBrain is described as an AI teammate for residential brokerages that captures buyer and seller inquiries around the clock, sends showing reminders that cut no-shows, nurtures long-cycle leads on the cadence you set, and asks closed transactions for referrals. It qualifies leads on criteria your agents set, and hands off to a real agent when an inquiry needs a partner-level conversation.
Can PureBrain help a mental health practice?
Yes, on the front-desk side. PureBrain is described as handling after-hours intake capture, appointment reminders, waitlist management and reschedule follow-up, so the person who finally picks up the phone gets a real answer at that moment. It collects the scheduling details your practice asks for up front, and hands off to a real person on your staff when a caller asks for your front desk or describes a situation your practice handles by phone.
Can PureBrain help a physical therapy clinic?
Yes, for scheduling and front-desk work. PureBrain captures new-patient and referral inquiries around the clock, books them onto the right therapist's schedule, answers questions about insurance, authorizations and policies, collects intake basics, and reminds patients so plan-of-care visits hold. It does not give clinical advice: it never prescribes exercises, never assesses an injury, and routes those questions to your PT.
Can PureBrain help an independent bookstore?
Yes. PureBrain is described as an AI teammate for independent bookstores that answers stock and special-order questions the moment a reader asks, captures reserve-and-hold and special-order requests, handles event RSVPs and book-club logistics, and asks happy customers for reviews. Recommendations stay with your people: it hands off to a bookseller the moment a reader wants a real recommendation or a human.
Can PureBrain help a contract manufacturer or CNC machining shop?
Yes, at the front of the RFQ process. PureBrain captures RFQs around the clock, gathers the part, material, quantity and timeline details your estimators need, qualifies the opportunity on your criteria, and routes it to the right person. It stays in its lane: it never judges feasibility or tolerances, never issues a quote, and never commits a lead time, because those calls stay with your engineers and estimators.
Can PureBrain help a third-party logistics (3PL) provider?
Yes. PureBrain captures RFQs and quote requests around the clock, gathers the volume, lanes and SKU details your team needs to scope the work, qualifies each opportunity on your criteria, routes it to the right person, and follows up so warm leads do not cool off. It never issues a binding rate, never commits capacity or a delivery window, and never makes a liability or insurance-claim decision; those stay with your operations team.
Plans & Pricing
What does the Awakened plan include and cost?
Awakened is $297/mo and it's your first AI partner: 1 dedicated AI with persistent memory, 50+ skills, self-guided training, community support, and access to the Brainiac community. It's built for solo operators and small teams bringing AI into the business for the first time, so it learns how you work from day one and keeps building on it. You can see it side by side with the other plans on our pricing page.
What does the Unified plan include and cost?
Unified is $1,097/mo and is our full AI operating system. The pricing page lists a full AI team, persistent plus network memory, 500+ skills, 1-on-1 plus workshop training, and dedicated support, and the Unified plan page describes three dedicated AI partners working together for your business. It's designed for established companies that want AI working across several departments at once. If that sounds like you, someone on our team can walk you through how a Unified setup is designed.
What is the difference between Awakened, Partnered, and Unified?
Think of the plans as steps that build on each other. Partnered is everything in Awakened plus more AI partners, a larger skills library, weekly workshops, and priority support. Unified is everything in Partnered plus a full AI team, 1-on-1 training, dedicated support, enterprise integrations, and custom AI training. Plan details vary slightly between our pages, so the team can confirm exactly what your plan includes.
Which PureBrain plan is right for me?
It mostly comes down to where your business is today. Awakened is built for solo operators wearing too many hats, Partnered fits growing businesses ready to scale their AI operations, and Unified is for established businesses that want a comprehensive AI transformation. If you're between two, our pricing page invites you to talk it through with us, and a person on the team is happy to help you choose.
How does PureBrain's price compare to ChatGPT Plus?
According to our comparison page, ChatGPT Plus is $20 per month for a general chatbot, while PureBrain starts at $297/mo for Awakened, $597 for Partnered, and $1,097 for Unified. The difference is what you're paying for: PureBrain is a persistent AI partner with memory, autonomous action, and business integration, rather than a standalone chat window you start fresh each time. The full side-by-side is on our PureBrain vs ChatGPT page if you'd like to dig in.
How does PureBrain pricing compare to Copilot, Cursor, or Jasper?
Our comparison pages list those tools' public prices: Jasper starts at $49 per month for content generation, Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 is $30 per user per month on top of a Microsoft 365 subscription, and Cursor Pro is $20 per month for developers. PureBrain starts at $297/mo, and it's a different kind of product: a dedicated AI partnership across your whole business rather than one function or one tool. Each comparison page goes deeper if you want to look at a specific one.
Can PureBrain replace my other software subscriptions and save me money?
For a lot of businesses it can. Our Tool Stack Calculator page says most businesses run 10 to 30 disconnected software subscriptions averaging $2,400 per month in total spend, and PureBrain consolidates them into a single AI partnership. To be clear, it replaces separate subscriptions, not your people. Savings depend on your own stack, so the calculator is the best way to see your number.
How does the AI Tool Stack Calculator work?
It's simple: you select every software tool you pay for and watch your monthly total add up. The calculator then shows how PureBrain replaces them for one flat monthly rate and estimates your monthly and annual savings. It's free to use, and if you'd like a closer look you can also request a personalized audit by email.
What is the Talent Amplifier Calculator?
The Talent Amplifier Calculator helps you see what your business is leaving on the table and what PureBrain can do about it. It walks you through three quick steps asking about your industry, team size, salary, and primary function, and the whole thing takes about 60 seconds. It's a nice way to get a feel for the impact before you talk to anyone.
Billing & Cancellation
Do I keep access after I cancel?
Yes, you do. After you cancel, you keep access to PureBrain features until the end of your current billing period. Our Terms of Service note that no partial-month refunds are issued for the remaining days after cancellation. If you're thinking about cancelling and something isn't working for you, we'd genuinely like to hear about it.
Do your prices include taxes, and can they change?
Per our Terms of Service, listed prices exclude applicable taxes, and you're responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase. Prices can change, but only with 30 days written notice to active subscribers, so you'd always hear from us first. If you need a tax question answered for your specific situation, our team can help.
Can I upgrade or change my plan later?
Yes, and most people do grow into it. Our site describes starting with one PureBrain and moving up, for example from $297 to $597 per month, and our pricing FAQ explains that most teams add more AIs naturally as they see the value. We don't publish step-by-step plan-change instructions or downgrade terms, so the easiest path is to let our team make the change for you.
Who do I contact about a billing problem or dispute?
Our Terms of Service direct billing disputes to our team by email, and our contact page says we get back to you within 24 hours. For anything billing-related, a person on our team will take it from here, since they can see your account and actually fix it.
Teams & Enterprise
Can my team use my PureBrain too?
Yes. PureBrain is built to amplify your whole team, not just you. Team members can interact with it, teach it, and delegate work to it, while you stay in control of its direction. The more your people work with it, the more context it compounds about how your business actually runs.
How do I set up a company or team account?
Each individual may maintain one account, and per our Terms of Service, corporate or team accounts are arranged through a written agreement with Pure Technology. That lets us set things up properly for how your organization works.
What does the Unified plan's full AI team mean?
Unified is for companies that need a full AI team across departments. It's described as three specialized AI partners working together for your business, starting with a discovery step, then a custom team design, and a white-glove launch with dedicated onboarding. In short, it's built around your organization rather than a one-size-fits-all setup.
When should I get a second or third PureBrain?
Start with one PureBrain and let it master a core part of your business. When one person or team is running at full capacity and you want that same depth in another function, that's the time for a second. Once you're scaling across three or more major functions, a unified flow connects three PureBrains into one coordinated system, and our team helps you decide when the timing is right.
Do you offer an Enterprise or custom plan?
Yes. You can ask about a Custom Enterprise AI Solution through our contact form, and our pricing page invites you to talk to us if you're not sure which tier fits. Enterprise needs are handled with our team directly, so scope and pricing are shaped around your organization. Happy to connect you with someone to start that conversation.
Can multiple AIs on my plan talk to each other or share memory?
Yes, on the higher tiers. The Partnered plan page describes persistent plus shared memory, where your AI shares learnings across your team's operations, and our homepage lists Duo Chat (2 AI Communication) for Partnered and Trio Chat (3 AI Communication) for Unified. So your AIs can coordinate with each other instead of working in silos.
Does Unified include enterprise integrations and training on our own data?
Yes. The Unified plan page lists enterprise integrations, meaning custom API integrations, data pipelines, and enterprise-grade security configurations. It also lists custom AI training, where your AI team is trained on your proprietary data, processes, and domain-specific knowledge.
Is PureBrain only for small businesses, or does it work for larger teams?
Both. Our homepage says PureBrain is for everyone from solo founders to 500-person teams. The plans scale with you, from a single AI partner on Awakened up to a full AI team across departments on Unified.
Security, Privacy & Data
What information does PureBrain collect about me?
Our Privacy Policy lays it out by situation. If you use the PureBrain AI assistant, we log the content of those conversations; if you subscribe to The Neural Feed or fill out a contact form, we collect your email address. If you use live chat on our website, we collect the name and email you enter, your messages, and the page you were on and how you arrived (referrer and campaign tags). We also collect basic technical data such as IP address, general region and browser type. The full list, including who we share data with and why, is in our Privacy Policy.
Who owns the data and content I put into PureBrain?
You do. Our Terms of Service say the content you provide, such as your questions, uploads and business information, remains yours, and PureBrain does not claim ownership of what you bring to the platform. You give Pure Technology a limited license to process that content only so we can provide the service to you. Your business knowledge is the whole point of the partnership, so it stays yours.
Does PureBrain sell my personal information?
No. Our Privacy Policy states that we do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we don't use your information for unrelated advertising. If you'd like to see exactly which services we do share data with and why, there's a full table in Section 3 of the Privacy Policy.
Is my data encrypted?
Our security page says every connection is protected with TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, and that backups are encrypted with regularly tested restores. Our homepage also mentions enterprise-grade encryption. The security page doesn't describe encryption of stored data beyond backups, so if you need those specifics for a security review, the team can walk you through them.
How long does PureBrain keep my data?
It depends on the type of data, and our Privacy Policy has a full table. Conversation history and AI memory are kept for the length of your subscription and 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted. Account information is kept for the life of the account plus 2 years after deletion, and payment records for 7 years for legal and tax reasons. If you use live chat on our website, transcripts are kept for 12 months from your last chat, then deleted.
How do I ask PureBrain to delete my data?
Just email our team and ask for your personal data to be deleted. Our Privacy Policy says deletion is subject to certain exceptions required by law. If you're in the EU or EEA, put "GDPR Request" in the subject line and you'll get a response within 30 days. A person on our team handles every one of these requests.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
After your subscription ends, our Privacy Policy says your conversation history and AI memory data are kept for 30 days, during which you can request an export. After those 30 days the data is permanently deleted. So if you want a copy of what your AI partner has learned, email the team before or during that window and they'll help you get it.
Does PureBrain use cookies or tracking?
Yes, and our Privacy Policy describes four cookie types: strictly necessary, functional, analytics and marketing. Strictly necessary cookies can't be turned off, but you can control analytics cookies through your browser settings. For analytics we use Microsoft Clarity, which provides heatmaps and session recordings of how visitors use the site, and we exclude the live chat window from those recordings. We do not run third-party advertising retargeting pixels such as Meta or Google Ads.
What are my GDPR rights and how do I use them?
If you're in the EU or EEA, our Privacy Policy lists your rights: access, rectification, erasure, data portability, objection, and withdrawing consent. To use any of them, email our team with "GDPR Request" in the subject line, and the policy says you'll get a response within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. A person on our team handles these requests directly.
What are my CCPA rights as a California resident?
Our Privacy Policy gives California residents the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion (subject to legal exceptions), and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email our team with "CCPA Request" in the subject line, and the policy says we respond within 45 days.
Is PureBrain safe for children, and does it collect children's data?
PureBrain, including live chat on our website, is designed for business professionals and is intended only for people who are 18 or older. Our Privacy Policy says we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we delete it promptly. If you think a child's information was collected, please contact our team right away.
How old do I have to be to use PureBrain?
You need to be at least 18. Our Terms of Service say that by creating an account, using the AI assistant, or subscribing to a paid plan, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age, and our Privacy Policy now says the same, including for live chat on our website. PureBrain is built for business professionals.
What happens if there is a data breach, and how do I report a security concern?
Our Privacy Policy says that if we become aware of a data breach that materially affects your personal data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law. If you believe your information was compromised, or you've spotted a security concern, please contact our team immediately. A person on the team will take it from there.
What should I do if someone gains unauthorized access to my PureBrain account?
Please contact our team right away if you suspect someone has accessed your account. Our Terms of Service make you responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account, so acting quickly really matters. A person on our team will look into it with you.
What is not allowed under PureBrain's acceptable use rules?
Our Terms of Service list prohibited uses, including generating content meant to deceive or harm others, trying to extract or replicate PureBrain's AI models or training data, scraping or bulk-extracting data with automated tools, and reselling access without written authorization. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund. The full list is in the Acceptable Use section of our Terms.
Who owns the content the AI creates for me?
Our Terms of Service say Pure Technology does not claim copyright over AI outputs generated in response to your specific prompts. They also point out that AI-generated content may be similar across different users, so you shouldn't rely on it as uniquely owned intellectual property without review and substantial modification. If ownership matters for a specific project, it's worth checking with your own advisor.
What is PureBrain's liability if something goes wrong?
Our Terms of Service say all final business decisions remain your responsibility. They cap PureBrain's total liability for any claim at the greater of what you paid Pure Technology in the twelve months before the event, or one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits, so liability is limited to the extent permitted by local law. The full wording is in the Limitation of Liability section of our Terms.
What law governs PureBrain's terms, and how are disputes handled?
Our Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Before starting any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact our team first to try to resolve the issue informally. The Terms also include a class action waiver, to the extent permitted by law. If something has gone wrong, reaching out to us is always the fastest first step.
How will I know if PureBrain changes its Terms or Privacy Policy?
For both our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, we update the Last Updated date and post a notice on purebrain.ai for 30 days. Active subscribers also get an email for changes that significantly affect their subscription terms, legal rights, or how their data is used. Under the Terms, if you don't agree with a material change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
How do I unsubscribe from The Neural Feed newsletter?
You can unsubscribe from The Neural Feed at any time. Our Privacy Policy says we delete email subscriber data within 30 days of an unsubscribe request. If you have any trouble, email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
Technical Requirements
Do I need to install any software?
No. Our homepage says there's no software to install, no IT project and no configuration on your side, and awakening your AI partner happens through a simple conversation. Setup is turnkey, so you can focus on teaching it about your business. If you have a particular setup in mind, the team can tell you what fits best.
Which browsers and devices does PureBrain work on?
You work with your AI partner through your PureBrain portal. We don't publish specific browser or device requirements, so if you have a particular setup, such as a locked-down company laptop, the team can confirm it'll work for you.

What is the Brainiac community and can I get support there?
The Brainiac community is where PureBrain members learn from each other, and our pricing page says every tier includes it. Awakened includes community support; Partnered members get full access to community resources, templates and peer networking; and Unified members get VIP-tier access with early features, executive networking and mastermind groups.
